Make it count

Your trial checklist

  • Your regular channels and games, checked at the hours you normally tune in
  • How the picture looks on the main TV, using your everyday Wi-Fi or cable connection
  • Whether the program guide fills in and lines up with your local time
  • How quickly the picture changes when you flip channels with the remote
  • A film or episode from the library, including jumping forward and back
  • The browser player on a laptop, if that is part of your plan

Trial FAQ

Questions about the free trial

How do I get the 24-hour free trial?

Sign up for a free account, then ask for the trial from your dashboard. Login details for one device show up there, and nobody asks for a card. Spend those 24 hours on the channels, games and guide you care about, using the screen you watch most.

What equipment is needed to watch?

Three things: a compatible device such as a Firestick, Android TV, Smart TV, Apple TV, phone, tablet or computer, a player app, and a steady internet connection. Each device has its own walkthrough in our setup guides.

How fast should my internet be for Swoop TV?

Count on roughly 10 Mbps per screen for HD, 20 Mbps for Full HD and at least 25 Mbps for 4K. Plugging in an Ethernet cable or moving to 5 GHz Wi-Fi usually helps more than anything else. Our IPTV speed guide goes deeper.

Can I watch Swoop TV on a Firestick?

Yes, and it is the setup we help with most. The Firestick walkthrough gets most people watching in around ten minutes.
